Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

If you receive your package and find that you may need a different size or color in any of your items, we will do our best to make exchanges simple and easy for our customers. 

If you find that you may want to exchange an item simply email us first with your order number and the items you would like to exchange and we will send your instructions and begin the exchange process.

If the size or color you were wanting to exchange your item(s) for is currently out of stock, we can happily offer you in-store credit. 

The customer is responsible to cover any difference in pricing, if applicable. 

All exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be paid before your new items can be shipped.

Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, tags in place and returned in their original packaging. Exchanges may be denied and sent back to the customer if there is any visible wear or damage to the product(s) 

Must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns

All full price items are eligible for FREE returns as long as they meet the following requirements: 

Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition: without any visible wear or damage and the original packaging.

Shipping/Processing fees are non-refundable.  

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for any returned items. If you would like to have us send you a prepaid shipping label making the return process simple and hassle free, the USPS shipping label cost would be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Your item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

(All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale. Item(s) purchased using discount codes are eligible for in-store credit in the form of a E-Gift card as long as they meet all return requirements)

Please email us at info@beatathletica.com with your Order Number, a list of items you would like to return, and whether or not you would like a prepaid shipping label. 

We will do our best to get back to you within 24-48hrs during regular business hours.
